“FROM A SINGLE CASK DISTILLED AT MILTONDUFF IN 2011, JAMES CAME ACROSS THIS IN 2021 AND FELT IT HAD THE RIGHT WEIGHT AND RICHNESS TO MARRY WITH A ST. JULIEN BORDEAUX BARRIQUE. AFTER RE-RACKING IN TO IT’S NEW WINE CASK HOME, IT WAS LEFT TO MATURE AND CHECKED IN ON EVERY FEW MONTHS. AT 12 YEARS OLD WE FELT THE BALANCE OF CASK AND MALT WAS RIGHT AND IT JOINED THE GLENCADAM AS THE SECOND SINGLE MALT IN OUR FIRST OUTTURN. BOTTLED AT 52.4% IN 2023.”
