COLOUR
Rich mahogany.

NOSE
Very complex nose, red apple skin, raisins, dried fig, toffee apples, toasted coffee beans, waxy wild-flower honey, heather and dried tobacco.

TASTE
Leafy forrest floor, cigar box, a little lacquer, leather bound books, cured red apples, pepper and cedar spice. A little chocolate and stewed apple.

FINISH
Long with bitter dark chocolate, honeyed apple tart, earth, leather. A great example of a whisky of the distillery and age.
